Actually notify a customer when account changes are made. And have a more understanding and nice customer service. So going back to Fido

Can you be more specific, Kurtis? What account changes did Koodo make and not notify you? And how did they give you bad CS?

If you mean getting a confirmation email when a change has occurred (regardless if it was made by you or by a Koodo Customer Service Rep then I agree.

This will mean that both customer and the changes that occurred are clear and any errors or miscommunications are caught early. Great Idea :)
