I have gone through all of the steps on activateprepaid.koodomobile.com but I can't get onto self serve: it doesn't recognize my email address or the phone number I set up when I activated my phone, and I have no service on my phone. What's going on?
Once you activate your phone you need to remove the sim and battery if possible or just reset your phone. For your self serve you should of received an email confirming your account information regarding your log in. If you still have issues after this call into koodo to get this straightened out.
Apparentely there is an issue signing up to koodo prepaid self serve. However this will not prevent your account from being created and activated . So if you do not have any signak on your phone just call koodo prepaid tech support and they will take a look to the situation.
