Activation credit

I was just charged the activation credit? Is this right? I searched the definition of "activation credit" on here and my understanding was it was a discount not a price? Can anyone verify this with me? I'm waiting on koodo to reply back to me.

Activation credits are like a discount. Could you take some screenshots of where you are seeing you got charged for the activation credit so we can help you out?

I can't, its a statement on my visa card of $220.00 from Koodo and my phone won't allow me to upload anything, hence the need for another phone

Oh I see what you're saying.  I don't know why, it looks like you were not credited the $195 activation credit.  I see what you're saying now.  You may want to call Koodo or send them a facebook message.

I can order it using my account (see the pic). I would suggest you clear the order and redo. Also try a different browser and see if it helps. If you still can't do it after those you might want to contact Koodo directly to ask them to check on your account. (send message to their facebook will avoid the wait on phone).

oh, yes, then she need to contact Koodo then. There could be something wrong. I didn't see any data bonus in the plan either. There should be 3GB bonus with the $55 for 24 months (if it was a recent order).

I made the order yesterday and only made the order because of the extra 3 gbs and the 195$ credit!. Thanks guys for helping here is hoping, koodo fixes the mistake. Because I really like koodo so far. Had so many issues with other mobile companies

Just to let everyone know, got a hold of koodo and the charge is correct. So the way they do it, is they charge you the 195, but then deduct that off your monthly bills for 6 months

Whoever she talked to was wrong. There is nothing on Iphone SE order page that says anything about how she was charged. I also can order that phone as Dinh did and the activation credit was there and it was $0 down. Somewhere the system missed giving her the activation credit right away.

I don't think this is the case but I'll toss it out there:  does the fact that it's a certified pre-owned/Refub phone make any difference in how/when activation credits are given out?  Then again, Dinh was looking at refub as well so probably not the factor.

She should get exactly whats on the "add to cart" page. She didnt get that at all.
