activation and account sign in problems

I activated my account on a prepaid sim card last month and i just got a text saying that my account had zero dollars and could not update my base plan. i used a credit card so i know that the account is not empty. when i tried to login online, none of my email account were working and when i tried to register again, it didn't recognize my phone number as a koodo phone number.

i dialed and all it said was account out of money
and i still can't sign in to my online account

If you tried all that Rebecca, and you can't get in, you will need to call Koodo. Dial 611 and select option 6, that should get you in touch with an agent. They will be able to assist you in getting into self service.
