i had upgrade my phone but return the phone, so i have my old phone, the agent told me koodo will activate my phone. uptil now there is not activation on my phone. what to do?

I was told by koodoo agent it will not work, that I have to purchase a new sim card to activate and use once more on my black berry ):

call *611- and have them reactivate old sim card. as long as its the same account the sim card was on before, then it can be reactivated.
