activating voicemail - asks for "mailbox number"

Moved to a new place, changed number, now I can't access my voicemail. Whenever I try to access it it asks for my "mailbox number" I've tried:

1) Holding down 1 and calling it
2) Dialing my number 1(xxx) xxx-xxxx
3) Resetting my voicemail password
4) Using my phone number, account number, and PIN as my mailbox number
5) Restarting my phone

Nothing has worked! It always asks for my mailbox number. Any idea how I find out my mailbox number?

The phone is programmed with the wrong voicemail access number. You'll need to call tech support to find out the right one. 1-866-995-6636, option 6, preferably from another line so that you can actually test the solution while on the call.

I had a similar problem when I changed my plan. Simply call Koodo customer service and they will reset your voicemail for you.
