Hey Niamh Darby

1. All you need to do is grab the new sim card number.
2. Access yor self serve account and go to
- Mobile Phone
- Swap Mobile phone.
- Change Phone

You will see a drop down menu for the reason and New serial No.
Enter the sim card number (for your iphone) and click on VALIDATE.

YAY, then just turn off your iphone and turn it back on. It should be working now.

If it's a post paid account you have to update your sim card through self serve. Mobile phone/change phone and input the new serial # of the sim. If it's prepaid you'll have to activate on the koodomobile.com home page and click on the bottom where it says activate prepaid phone on the bottom.
