Activating sim

I bought a sim and cant activate it online.Can I go back to the place i bought the sim and ask them to activate it for me?

Hi Mosese, we may be able to assist you here, can you explain what issue your having exactly with activating your SIM Card as in where in thr process are you getting stuck?

Also first thing is there are prepaid and postpaid SIM cards do you have the right one for whichever type of service your trying to use it on which looks to be prepaid, you do have a prepaid SIM card and not a postpaid one correct?

Hi Paul,

Yes mate .I bought a prepaid sim card the other day.I was online trying to activate the sim however the system message that kept coming up was "WE'RE UPDARING OUR SYSTEM"

Its been 3 days now.

Would I need to go back to the store and ask them to register me online from there?

Are you stuck on step 3?
Can you not choose your baseplan?

Hi! I have the exact same problem. I can't go further from step 3 and tried different browsers already. Can you tell me what I have to do? Thanks!

I would suggest you refresh the browser (F5) and restart the process of activation. It could be some issues with Koodo activation server.
