Hi, I am a new customer to Koodo. I am bringing my own phone over, so i just ordered a SIM card with monthly post paid plan (not prepaid). I just received the shipping conformation email with tracking today. I have a couple questions, Do I need to go into a Koodo store to activate my new sim card once received or will I get an activation email? if I do not need to go into store, when will I receive the email? I have check my junk and my inbox, nothing yet. Also if I want to port my phone number from another company, do i need to go to store for that? and with activation email will I receive my account number for self registration for online access? Thank you
