Activating my phone but too hard

why cant I make a password of minimum of 6 Characters with at least one Number? I don't get it, I been at this for two hours now, Help or give me an example???????

Are they asking for 8 characters. That's typically what most companies do nowadays for privacy reasons.

Try this password generator out, (link below). Select the password length from the dropdown menu, then select if you want to include numbers, upper and lowercase letters and exclude similar characters. Click the 'Generate secure password' button and don't forget to write the password down.

I had the same problem last night and this morning. I can't activate my phone because any password I enter is not good enough (have tried at least 30 at this point).
I tried Rikkster's idea and used the password generator and now I get this:
"Generic Error
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.

Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page"

Try clearing your browsers cache and try again. If you still get the same error message contact customer service. 1-866-995-6636 from a landline or *611 from your cell and select option #5. The rep should provide you with a temporary password and there's no charge for the call to customer service.
