I previously had a Samsung Prepaid SIM Card. I got an iPhone from a friend and my SIM was too big to fit, so I got a new one that fit in the iPhone. The gentleman at Koodo said all I'd have to do is change my SIM card online and it would work. I can't get the SIM to activate or work in my phone. Now, my old SIM isn't working and I can't even call Koodo for help. Help meeee.
