Activated phone line and then an hour later got a service cancellation email

I activated a phone line at a phone kiosk on Saturday.  I got a welcome email, then an hour later, I got a service cancellation email. 

I'm wondering if I can talk to someone about this please.

Postpaid(monthly) or Prepaid?
Does it say why your service got cancel?

Can you make a call/text ?

I'm on a monthy account.  It doesn't say why my service got cancelled.  I called them on the phone today and I get the feeling they think my account is fraudulent.  I'll go back to the kiosk today and see what they can tell me.

My email sort of looks like this:

We’re sorry to see you go.You recently scheduled your mobility service to be cancelled on March 26, 2016 for the following phone number(s):

So, you have your service until  March 26 means you can make pone calls, right?
( I thought your service was cut off already)
Call Koodo *611 from your phone, option 5 for customer service then keep pressing 0 to get a rep.
Tell them your situation and they will help you.
I hope they can explain what's the cause of this.

Hey Victor! If it is suspected that your account may be fraudulent, then it would have been cancelled by our Fraud team. I would suggest calling us in at 1-866-995-6636 and an agent will be able to tell you if that is the case or not. If yes, then you will be informed of what needs to be done to clear the account and have it up and running again. Hope this helps! :)
