i bought a new phone online and would like to activate the sim card.

If your current sim card fits just put it in and use it. If it's a tricut and not already nano then swap it into a nano sim. If it doesn't fit then you will need to call 611 to get it switched over. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter but I expect that you'd want to use the phone asap if it comes to it. Let us know if it doesn't fit.

Are you an existing customer? I believe you have to call in to change the SIM. You could do it in self-serve before, but now they disabled it.
