I have an old koodo account that I haven't used for over a year because I switched to prepaid. When I switched I took my number with me. Now I'm switching back to a monthly plan and would like to take my number with me back to my monthly account. I can still log in to my monthly account but can't find a way to activate my new Sim card. Can anyone help me?

You will need to create a new monthly account in order to port back.  This means going through the new account process

I have a balance of about $90 on my old account which is my main reason for wanting to use it. Is there any way that can be transferred also or is it lost to koodo now?

If you have a negative balance (a credit) then Koodo should have mailed you a check when your account was no longer active

Any idea how I would go about getting then to send me a check? When I call customer service it automatically puts me through to prepaid (because that's what I have)

Try to send a private message to Koodo on their twitter or facebook page and someone will be able to help you with you having to wait on the phone

You may also have to contact Koodo to delete your old account, sometimes the system generates an error if you try to create a new account using an email address already in the system.
