I did not receive an email from kudo after registering my phone so i cannot complete the registration. It is an LG on a monthly plan. Cant text.

hi Ruthann,
I would suggest you check the junk, spam folder and see if there is any email from Koodo there.

I supposed you were on a monthly plan. Normally you would be able to use the phone, text, and data in your plan right away before the email verification.

@ Ruth, you have been with us for several year. Thank you ! :-) It looks like you simply upgraded to a new phone so to access your self serve account you can continue to use the email log in you always had. The same one yo used here.
