Koodo is a do-it-yourself kind of company. Could you not find an answer to your question by logging into your account? They should have set you up when you started with them. Banks have gone down that path as well. I don't remember the last time I called my bank for anything or went to see my branch. It's the sign of the times. :-) Everything is moving to online. And even though we are just customers like you we may have even been able to answer whatever question you might have had.
