I am trying to pay my monthly bill via my credit card and the following message was provided "Please contact Client Care/Channel Care to enable your access.". Please advise on how to proceed with my payment. Thanks!

Call customer service *611 from your phone. Option 5 or keep pressing 0.
And tellnthem you have a difficulty to make payment using your credit card.
