Your account number can be found on your original service agreement or the top left corner of your bill. :)

@Nic: if you have "no service" sign, the sim was properly not activated (normally it should be activated before it reached you). You need to contact Koodo to activate it (you need to remind them about the account creation issue when you reach them also). I would suggest you contact them through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.
