I recently switched my account to have myself as primary user, and I made a payment but it is not showing up as paid on my account. I think I might have accidentally paid it to the old account, which I think is closed. How do I go about transferring that payment to my new account?

You can contact Koodo's account management team at #227 from your cell or 1-855-325-6636 from another line, they can transfer the funds from one account to another if you can pass security for both.

They can also help you confirm your new account number so you can add it to your bank account.
