I have a $200 credit cap on my Koodo account. I went over that credit limit and my service was suspended. However, I recently paid around $100 of that $200 bill, but my account is still suspended. Do I have to pay my full balance to be reactivated, or just go back under the $200 cap?

at the very least, contact client care to make a payment plan with them, otherwise you'll need to pay the full 200$

Hi there!

When your account is suspended due to the Credit Limit, the account needs to be paid in full to be resumed automatically by the system, and as explained above, a 35$ reconnection fee will apply...

If close to the limit, try to make small payments to be always below...

Remember that the limit also includes pending usage like data overages or LD calls
