Account suspended/terminated

I wasn't able to pay my phone bill due to money troubled, and now that it is paid off, my phone service cannot be reactivated. It seems as though koodo terminated my account. Is there anyway to reverse this? I tried to call to talk to someone but when I enter my phone number it says it is no longer valid.

The only way would be is by calling Koodo. Then press 0 to speak to someone! Or try calling directly from your phone by dialing *611

Koodo may have sold your account off to a collections company.  If it has been quite some time since you paid the bill, this may be the case. Your best bet at that point would be to order an Equifax report to see which creditor has bought the debt and then make an arrangement with them.
