Account stuck at "you're still waiting to be approved"

Hi im a new customer, i just got my sim card today and tried to register for a self serve account, but now its giving me the message "You're still waiting to be approved" and i am unable to log in. My email is xxxx@gmail.com, thanks for the help

You should receive an email from Koodo with a link to access your account. If you try to create it independent of that email you get the error you describe. At the point, you have two identities with Koodo, and will need to contact them to delete the second account, so you can get access to self-serve.

A PM to their Facebook account or a DM to their Twitter account is likely the least time consuming. Links at the bottom of the page.
