I am trying to set up my account. I have received and clicked the link through my email in order to activate my account. Now when I try to log in to my account it says: "You're still waiting to be approved. Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved". But I do not have another email or previous account. I tried going back to click the original link again but it now says: "Our records indicated you have already confirmed your email address". This means I am unable to log in to my account and view any of my bills or my account in general. Please help!

You’ll need to connect with Koodo to get it sorted. Easiest to send a Private Message to their Facebook account or a DM on Twitter. You can also call *611 from your phone, but there are often long waits to speak to a CSR.
