I am trrying to get into self serve to adjust my Visa number but I cannot and I have tried multiple times. My name is Richard Whittle my koodo number is xxx-xxx-xxxx my email is xxxxxx@gmail.com

Are you unable to log in to self-serve or unable to complete t change once you're logged in?

Yes You are absolutely right and I regretted it after I realized what I had done. I did it in error after spending a frustrating time trying to find a real direct support contact. I am unable to connect and it does not appear to recognize my email for changing the password.

No worries. If you're unable to edit at this time it won't be long before an employee / admin will.

Was it originally telling you incorrect password? It should unlock after a hour or so IIRC . If it still won't, plus it says contact customer care for support. If you are 100% certain that you used the right email and typed it in correctly, then you'll need to call to get it unlocked and resolved
