1. I set up self serve weeks ago but koodo support has not been able to fix a constant error that stops me from logging in. It says "You're still waiting to be approved

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

Can someone please for the love of God fix whatever the problem is? I've been asking for help repeatedly for weeks. Which leads to my next problem.

2. I activated the sim but it doesn't work. I haven't been able to use the service for which you are billing me.

3. Can't pay the bill because I can't access self serve.

4. Your email support is ignoring my requests for help.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'm not on either of those social media platforms. I'm not very close to a Koodo store tbh. Order was placed through the webstore.

Pretty sad that koodo silently deleted my problem #5. FFS Koodo I wouldn't want to cancel if you actually read and fixed my problem.

Your number 5 wasnt deleted from what I can see. Feel free to share what it was. If you dont have either of those you can make a temporary one just to contact Koodo or comtact them via one of the other methods in the Contact Us section below.

I've contacted them yet again. Still not working.

Charges are piling up. Koddo continues to ignore my support requests. 

Could it be that I used an alias with my email (+ plus sign)? Grasping at straws here.

@ Dave, even the email address you used here seems to be in a invalid format. Without being able to look at your account it's hard to help.  Is the last name you used in the email here the one you used for your account.

Not sure why you are calling my email "invalid". If you are saying your system doesn't allow use of plus sign - it allowed me​ to set up the self serve?

My koodo self serve is using the same email as my Get Satisfaction login here. Same email same last name.

I think that could be the reason why it's not working, yeah... Never seen an email address with a + sign before.
