Account plan mismatch for new line

I recently added a 4th line to my current account with a tab (new phone).  email confirmation states i signed up to the proper plan ($49, 5GB+1GB monthly).  

when i view the account plan on my self-serve it shows a $35, 1GB monthly plan.  

please update my account as per order confirmation HFO18364481.
