Account plan expired

Why is my account base plan expired. My account is topped up for 15 dollars week ago, and my monthly plan cost 15$, and still expired....

september 9 , then few days ago but transaction history says yesterday which is confused me now.

It's very likely a glitch. If its not gone by Tuesday only then I'd worry. I assume that you c still use your plan right?

If you applied the funds before the baseplan renewal date, the $15 will be held as credit until the date of renewal. Login to your self serve account and look at the Overview page. If you see a positive balance of $15, the funds have yet to be applied. Do not add any more money. The system will automatically add the $15, usually early morning between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 a.m.

If you don't see a positive balance, this means the funds have already been applied and you should have service. If you still don't have service by later this morning, give customer service a call at *611; (there's no charge for the call as this is something that's beyond your control).
