I was wondering how i can register for self serve. I recently switched from pre paid to monthly bills but got my number ported. When i try register for self serve it tells me that my account number does not match their records. I called *611 and got my account number but it still wont work.
If you got your account number from a rep and its still not working when you try and register, then you should call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and tell them the issue and they will assist you in setting up your self-serve account on their side.
