Account name doesn't match billing address name

Last summer I changed my name when I got married. My account when I log in says "Welcome, Kristen Hirsch" and the account drop down on the right says the proper name. I just went to go upgrade my phone and it says my billing name is Kirsten Hirsch - typo in my first name included. That typo doesn't show up anywhere else! Is there a way to change this online? The phone systems are currently sitting at a one hour wait...

You might send a PM through Koodo's Facebook page with enough of your account details, and a quote of this message, and let the powers that be fix it up for you. You can then go about your daily tasks while waiting for the fix to be implemented.
