I can't log into self serve at all so I can't see my usage or what I owe. My login information is correct but I get an error message when it signs in. It says the account manager needs to approve my request for access

It sounds like you're not set up as an account manager on the account. Is the account under your name? If so, you'll need to call 611 from your Koodo mobile, or



If you're a user on someone else's account, then they'll need to authorize you.
