I just got a message that my base plan has been in arrears for 5 days and I am at risk of losing my service. I have automatic top up and when I checked my account I have a $10 credit and 380 min. of talk time.  Why am I getting this message?

You delete the email. There's nothing else to correct.

Yeah, no worries Janet :) Koodo is aware of the issue and working on it. As Timo said, you don't have to do a thing.

I have the email stating that my account inactive and telling me I owe $10 right now. I then logged into my account history and it says I have a balance. Which I know that I don't. Are they going to be updating my billing screen. My top ups are automatic and have never a problem with them. Not very impressed right now

As stated above, the emails were sent out in error. If that's the only reason you KNOW you don't have a balance, forget it. The information showing in self serve is accurate.
