account active but getting notifications it's expired

My kids Accounts are active but we keep getting notifications they are expired. Why are we getting these notifications if I login and hey are active and not due again for another month

It's probably a glitch in the system, Jennifer. It should sort itself the next day... and as long as they can still use their account (send text, call...) there is nothing to worry about :)

I found this blog because the exact same thing happened to me.  A strange email about "inactive account" and a few days ago, a text from Koodo about plans not auto-updating ... when they actually did.  But when I log in, all looks good - auto-renew is on, sufficient funds, etc.

Yes it has happened to me too, I really wish Koodo would do something about this glitch because it's very unnerving when that happens - I'd hate to lose my account!

I'm getting the same messages telling me how much I need to add to bring up my top up amount. I use auto top-up and it always renews without a problem, but the email and text messages are getting annoying and it has been happening for a couple of months now. Is there anyway to contact koodo and get them to correct this error?

Could any of you guys please provide a screenshot of the email or text you received? You can blot out your name, number or other personal information. Koodo would like this so they can investigate the problem :)
