Account: Active & Available Minutes yet Wont let me make or receive calls.

when making a call an automated voice says "We cannot complete your call please call us at *611 to discuss your account status." but I've been on hold for quite sometime and my account says that the base plan is active and I have minutes. ???? Prepaid account -- never had a problem before!

That's a weird message to get for a prepaid account. Can you receive calls or text?

I can't receive calls but have been getting texts without a problem.

When you check your self serve, how many talk boosters and minutes do you have remaining?

I've used 315/500 minutes on my current booster

Then it sounds like an issue with your booster.  You can continue your call with Koodo or you can send koodo a private message on facebook or twitter, but either way, be expected to wait a while for a response
