I have paid my bill in two installments through online banking, a week between each and I was told it takes 5 business days to show on the account. But it still says my bill is due and it doesn't show that I have paid it. I have contacted the facebook messenger and no one has responded back. How can I fix this?

Are either of the payments showing on your account?
How long ago was your second payment made?

None of them are showing up. I paid through online banking. The first payment was made on Dec 15 and the second payment on Dec 22.

Yes I did. I added my account number, the companies name. And when I paid it, my bank account said paid sucessfully. So I don't know why its not showing that I have paid it. The first payment was made on Dec 15 so that should absolutely be there as well as they other. But theres no indication of either payment.

I was checking my banking information and it seems I put in the wrong account number. I have fixed it so now the right account number is on my banking information. Thank you
