hi Willy,
Was it the 3GB add-on (not 3MG)? If you cannot see it in selfserve (view rateplan --> manage add-on) then you might not be able to do it yourself. You would have to call in (or use facebook/twitter) and ask them to do it. I am not sure if they would ask for a $10 request fee but you could say it was just an accident.

Well, you would think so. I once created a similar mess, I mentioned it should be free, but the agent said he would charge because I did it to myself. :)). Well after few minutes he waived. That was a while back, though.
