Accidentally added the wrong roaming package

I added a roaming package to my phone this morning by text and apparently added three days when I meant to add the 10-day is there a way to change this

If you haven't used any of the add-on then you should easily be able to get it switched. Just contact Koodo through facebook (https:m.me/Koodo), twitter or you can call them.

@ Angel, you should be able to log in to your online account and remove the feature.

What do you mean unblock your data? 
Did you reach your limit and they block it temporary? If so, you should have received text from them to unblock it by respond "Yes" to get small amount for $xx or more data options via accessing self serve.

If you have data block on your line log into your self serve line and you should be able to remove it yourself. Just heads up, this is public forum so your post is open to the world.
