Accessing selfserve account

I currently am trying to access my self serve account and it says my account is linked to another email , and will not let me in until it approved from old email. I have signed into the old account that I previously have and do not see anything anywhere. How do I give permission from my old account to give my info to my new one?

Morgan, the email that you used here is tied to a deactivated account of yours and another person from last November.

There is another open account in your name but for that online access hasn't been set up for quite some time. Try go through the registration process to get access. It should work. You will need your account number for that.

you just need to call in koodo so they can remove the old email and create a new profile with the new email you want to use.
