Hi Rosie,

If you're having difficulty accessing your account you may need to contact customer service and have them reset your self serve account so you can have ever access to it. You can dial *611 from your Koodo phone (free call) and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep. If you want to call from another phone you can dial 1-866-995-6636 and press 0 as well.

Their hours of operation are as follows:

Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
