I recently closed my account last week - before cancelling, I was able to see my Tab balance, usage, etc.  Now when I log in, I can only see my current bill, that's it.  The tab page and everything else is just a blue screen with a green bar (Koodo colours).  Is this typical?

Are you looking for something in particular?
I think it sounds about right if you canceled your account that you only see limited things in self serve

that`s because your tab was added to your last bill if it was a negative one, or removed if positive (as it was a koodo contribution towards renewals). There is nothing to worry about this is the way it usaully shows

The bill that's currently accessible on my account is for $40 for one month's service (I assume in advance), $15 for the tab and $1 in partial charges for the day the account was active...

That's why I would like to see what my actual tab balance is.  And why I'm a little concerned about what the final charge will actually be. (Unless Koodo wants to give me the phone for the low price of $63?  Wouldnt that be a generous Xmas gift...?)

One more question - will the plan charges of $40 on this bill will be credited back to my CC, since the account is cancelled and won't be used in December?

that`s your normal bill
your final bill will have the proration with a credit for the part of the plan you havent used if it`s the case plus the remainder for the tab (whatever was left of it) plus taxes. You will receive that bill on the normal billing date, regardless of the cancellation date as Koodo only sends bills once a month and corrections are mostly made on the following bill.

Thanks for responding so quickly.  Do you happen to know when Koodo typically generates their bills? Just wondering if I should wait to pay this current bill, in case December's (with all its adjustments) will be issued soon.

Hey Irene! Bills are generated on the first day of your new billing cycle and can take 3-4 days after to appear on self-serve.  Thank you!
