When you activated your cellphone, they would have asked for an email address, you might have received an email or two from Koodo to complete the registration. Check your inbox and junk mail. If you cant find the email, call customer service *611 from your cellphone, or 18669956636 from another line and they will re-register you and walk you through the completion of registering your account :)
