i received an email regarding a survey because i left koodo. but this isn't the case. i currently am on a prepaid plan. let me know if this was a mistake.

Were you on a monthly plan before? Or maybe you didn't top up and they thought you were done with them.

This seems to be one of the most plausible reasons! What's the e-mail it was sent from?

Also : Do not give any personal information as CC number, etc to a survey!

Perhaps it was just spam as well. Call Koodo customer service and confirm that your account is still valid.

Hi Robyn, this email is legit. I assume that you switched from postpaid to prepaid, which is considered as a cancellation on postpaid and a new activation on prepaid :)
