Customers will old plans have much better plans than new customers. New customers don't get better deals.
Koodo offers discounts and gift cards on new activations all the time and you had the same opportunity as everyone else when you signed up. If you decided to sign up during a non-promotional period, thats your fault. Koodo doesn't treat new customers any better than old customers.
I do agree that at times, new promotions come out and actually turn out to be better than existing ones. It can be frustrating for current customers but I don't know what Koodo could do to solve this :(
