as some of you know I recently upgraded from my optimus one to a S2x. Well the S2x I got was defective and As I'm a trucker I won't be home before the 14 days is up. Simon was able to arrange a priority replacement for me. Which I really appreciate since I'm no where near a kiosk / store ETC.

My call was answered within 60 seconds and Simon went and checked my file then came back and was able to process everything for me. So in 3-5 days I should have a replacement phone.
