A possible credit for people who pay for parts of a plan that they end up not using.

The usage of my plan depends on my work setting which is constantly changing, It all depends on where I'm working and what I'm doing. I'm suggesting to credit back a percentage of the cost for functions that don't get used.

For instance if I'm at a camp job I will burn through a lot of internet. If I'm traveling a lot I will barely touch my internet plan but I will be calling and text a lot to communicate. because I never know where I'm going to be I need access to all options just in case. In this circumstance it would be nice if a portion of that plan that doesn't get used could be credited back or credited directly to my tab. It would be nice.

You aren't actually paying for a specific amount of data and minutes. Koodo has calculated that given their subscriber patterns, they'll see certain levels of voice and data usage, and have priced the plans accordingly to produce their desired rapacious profit level.

If they were actually providing the stated amount of minutes and data to every customers, they'd have to charge significantly more.
