Official Response
99999 is a reference to application of Easy Roam. It usually states the place called as Roam/voyage and a unit of 1:00. The timing between events usually is in slightly longer than 24 hour increments, due to delayed reporting by the partner carrier.

I, too, wonder if texts were sent. The phone, the invoice, and self-serve should allow corroboration of activity.
