I’m feeling very angry, trying all day calling Koodo and never got one service customer available, and didn’t even let me wait on line it would just hang up. I want this promotion, been a very long costume and after this if I don’t get it, I’m changing to another carrier!

It's happening across all carriers. You best bet is to sign up as a new customer at a kiosk or to sign up with a new provider
