I called Koodo service at 855 205 2112 (don’t call 611 or 866), waited for like 7 mins and a representative answered and I told her that I wanna get the new plan. She asked me to be on hold for 5 mins then explained to me that if I wanna get that plan I need to pay off my tab... well what’s the point? I can just switch to Telus or rogers... after paying off the tab... Koodo has really been disappointing old customers
