5GB Koodo Data plan only in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. What do the rest of the provinces get?

My friend in Saskatchewan had told me how Koodo in Saskatchewan had gotten a new plan that comes with 5 GB of data, Unlimited Canada-Wide Talk and Text for only $60/month. I understand the fact that all provinces are different whether its the price for milk or price of gas, but I think that other provinces need more data. Anybody else think so?

If you're looking for a reason as to why Manitoba and Saskatchewan got this plans it was simply because at the time they were offered because neither province had an LTE network so it was unfair to charge them the same amount.

Manitoba now has LTE in Winnipeg, so maybe it'll soon be Saskatchewan only, but then the service area for HSPA in Manitoba is extremely limited so they might get to keep it for that reason.
