I was charged an extra $5 for USA data on my new bill. I don't begrudge the 5$ but, I thought I was well covered with 2 purchased roaming packages. One for 30 days and the other for 10 days. On the 10 day package I only needed 3 or 4 days then I was back in Canada. I would appreciate any assistance from the fourm in explaining the charge to me. Thanking you in advance, JVW

Have you reviewed your PDF e-bill, downloadable from self-serve? It will detail the charges. It is possible it was a SMS sent outside your roaming package times. A review of the detailed invoice will let you know if an adjustment needs be requested.

Thanks for the reply, I was in Florida when I occurred the charge. I had the full coverage, talk, text and data. Why was only one data or sms charged?

Does it say for data overage?
10 days package includes 250 MB and 30days includes 750 MB. Data overage is $5/MB.
Your PDF E-bill  should show you all the detail of charges includes usage too.

@ John, The first add-on expired on the 24th at 12:01 am as per the confirmation SMS we sent you.

The second one was added late morning of the the 24th. So, there was a few hours gap between the first one and the second one, during which data was used at a pay per use rate. Hope this explains things!
