4g data does not work on S7 edge

I have the S7 edge and when I use my data from an LTE area to a 4G area, I no longer can use the internet. Is this a problem found with other people or is there a fix to this problem?

Are you talking about going from a 4G LTE are to a 4G HSPA area? Can you no longer use the internet (wifi) or your data?

Have you tried turning on airplane mode, then disabling airplane mode? Have you tried setting the network settings to automatic (as opposed to LTE only, 3G only, etc.)?

I have tried turning on and off airplane mode and my settings is on automatic, the problem is still there

There is an option to reset network settings. Go to: Settings > Backup and reset - tap Reset network settings, tap the Reset Settings button, (twice). This procedure will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth. Keep us posted.
